Permanent Recruitment
We headhunt and handpick the best-matched, most qualified, fit-for-purpose candidates who will make a valuable difference in your environment.
Once-off recruitment fee is applicable: Candidate annual CTC x agreed placement fee.

JCM is all about finding that perfect match between client and candidate, keeping transparency at the forefront of our work. We do not overwhelm our clients and flood them with CVs. We first get to know our client, their environment, culture, hiring needs and what they are looking for in the people they want in their organisation. Our clients understand that finding great talent takes time, but at the end of it, we only send 3 – 5 of the most qualified CVs, saving them time and making the hiring process as efficient as possible.
Contract Recruitment
Flexibility is key, we adapt this solution according to your needs.
The process is as follows: JCM employs the candidate, we agree on a markup percentage and work it into the hourly rate. Alternatively, you decide to employ the candidate directly on your books (i.e. the candidate is on your payroll) for a certain period. We can either bill a once-off fee for the contract period (Candidate salary x months x JCM fee) or a monthly fee (Candidate salary x hours worked x JCM fee).
