Placement Process
Step 1
Spend time with the client to gain a thorough understanding of its team culture and the specifications of the position they want filled.

Once we’ve found a promising candidate, we will ask the candidate to fill in a questionnaire that will cover skills and experience, but also questions that will enable us to understand their employment requirements, so we can apply our minds to suitable possibilities for them.

An online coffee with a JCM consultant and the candidate we identify as the ideal match, so that we can get to know each other and for us to better understand what makes them tick, to better understand their CV, career aspirations and to discuss job opportunities.
Step 4
Should we not yet have references, we will conduct a reference check on successful candidates.

Step 5
We build you a profile that makes you shine, and transform your CV to our standard before presenting it to the client.
Step 6
Interview preparation. We equip the candidate with enough information about the client, the interviewers and what they are looking for, as well as some interview tips, to help the candidate complete a successful interview.
Step 6
Step 7
Assist with negotiations and help the candidate to end their employment with their current employer.
