Student Advisor

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule school visits, consultations, and student appointments
- Generate leads through networking, marketing events, referrals, and cold calling
- Present programmes, advise prospective students, and manage enrolments
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, students, and sponsors
- Manage CRM records, sales activities, and follow-up communication
- Meet daily activity targets and monthly enrolment goals
- Represent the company at school visits, exhibitions, and promotional events
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver an outstanding student experience
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ sales experience
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building ability
- Good analytical, organisational, and computer skills
- Self-motivated, energetic, and adaptable
- Willing to work flexible hours when required
