Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule school visits, consultations, and student appointments
  • Generate leads through networking, marketing events, referrals, and cold calling
  • Present programmes, advise prospective students, and manage enrolments
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, students, and sponsors
  • Manage CRM records, sales activities, and follow-up communication
  • Meet daily activity targets and monthly enrolment goals
  • Represent the company at school visits, exhibitions, and promotional events
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver an outstanding student experience

Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ sales experience
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building ability

Junior Mechanical/Electrical Engineer

Our client is looking for a hands-on Graduate Engineer to join their project team. This role is ideal for a recent Mechanical or Electrical Engineering graduates who is eager to gain practical, field-based experience across industrial and mining projects. The successful candidate will work closely with senior engineers to review designs, support project execution, conduct site inspections, and contribute to HVAC, ventilation, and mechanical system projects.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering and Project Support:
• Review and validate HVAC, ventilation, and mechanical system designs.
• Assist with project planning, coordination, and execution activities.
• Conduct site inspections, equipment checks, and system evaluations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve system performance and efficiency.
• Provide technical feedback and recommendations on project improvements.

Site Work and Collaboration:
• Travel to client sites across South Africa and neighbouring countries when required.
• Work in field-based industrial environments supporting real-time problem solving.
• Engage with engineering teams and leadership throughout project delivery.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (completed within the last 5 years).

Experience and Knowledge
• Strong interest or exposure to HVAC, ventilation, or air quality systems.
• Basic understanding of project management principles.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site in industrial environments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Advantageous Skills
• Exposure to HVAC design, installation, or commissioning.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools.
• Familiarity with industrial safety standards and inspection procedures.
