Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Background
– Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience
– Recent graduates are welcome to apply. Internship or project experience in business
analysis, data management, or related areas is a plus.
Technical Skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
– Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python, etc.) is advantageous.

– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Management
– Gather and analyze data from various sources to support business objectives.
– Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely updates across systems.
Process Development & Documentation
– Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive business processes and SOPs.
– Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
Collaboration & Communication
– Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
– Partner with development teams to translate business requirements into technical
specifications.
Reporting & Analysis
– Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into data trends and process
efficiencies.
– Analyze data to support strategic decision-making.
Project Support
– Assist in managing projects related to data process improvements.
– Ensure project milestones are met, and deliverables are of high quality.
