The Opportunity

We’re looking for an energetic, commercially driven Business Developer to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities.

This role is ideal for a natural relationship builder who enjoys opening doors, engaging decision-makers, and connecting business challenges with innovative AI and automation solutions. You’ll work closely with leadership and technical teams to grow the company’s footprint across South Africa.

Key Responsibilities
Drive new business development across multiple industries.
Build relationships with executives and key decision-makers.
Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline.
Identify client challenges and position AI and automation solutions.
Lead meetings, solution presentations, and proposal discussions.
Work with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Represent the company professionally at client meetings and industry events.
Stay current on AI, automation, RPA, data analytics, and digital transformation trends.
Requirements
3–5 years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Recruitment, Technology Consulting, or Client Relationship Management.
Proven success in generating new business and developing client relationships.
Experience selling professional services, technology, or solution-based offerings.
Exposure to one or more of the following:
Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Automation Solutions
Software Development
Data & Analytics
Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
Intelligent Document Processing
Business Process Improvement
Strong consultative selling, commercial acumen, and communication skills.
Experience engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Advantageous
Technology recruitment or business development experience.
LinkedIn prospecting, B2B social media marketing, and digital lead generation.
Knowledge of Google and Meta marketing platforms.
Experience in consulting, managed services, or project-based technology environments.

Senior Banking Business Analyst

Our client is looking for two experienced Senior Business Analysts with strong banking industry experience to support digital banking projects and system improvement initiatives. These roles require professionals who can analyse business requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive successful project delivery in fast-paced banking environments.

Role 1 – Senior BA (Industrial Engineering Advantage)
• 5+ years’ Business Analysis experience.
• Banking industry background essential.
• Industrial Engineering background or qualification highly advantageous.
• Hybrid/remote role based at client site.

Role 2 – Traditional Senior BA
• Strong traditional Business Analysis experience.
• Must understand banking operations and processes.
• Not a Systems Analyst role.
• 4 days per week onsite in Rosebank.

Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements.
• Collaborate with users, developers, and IT teams to improve systems and processes.
• Support testing, system validation, user training, and implementation activities.
• Maintain process documentation and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate insights, technical issues, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
• Degree, diploma, or certification in IT, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience and Knowledge
• 7+ years’ experience as a Business or Systems Analyst.
• Digital banking experience required.
• Experience with requirements gathering, testing, and process documentation.
• Basic SQL knowledge and ability to interpret queries.
• Exposure to project management or team leadership advantageous.
